The Bohemian is a beach front home featuring two rooms with King size beds, one with custom queen bunk beds, and one with twin beds offering plenty of room for a family or friends. -roku smart tvs with high speed internet access -Roast marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit while watching for dolphins - Awesome ocean facing kitchen fully stocked with all the basic kitchen needs - Pet friendly during the off season (October-March), One pet allowed an additional $100.00 fee applies. -Parking up to 4 cars -Private outdoor shower -beach access areas on salt marsh and sea oats - dog friendly beach area beyond the pier All Beach Haven properties include bed linens, bathing towels, paper products, and soaps/shampoos. Please bring your own beach gear, or we can recommend our favorite local vendors for rentals.

Off season inquiries onlyOur Pet Policy is listed below ~You agree to control your pet at all times and be 100% responsible for your pet’s actions. ~Please cover any Furniture that your dog is going to be on including the bed ~If your pet is an excessive shedder please use provided broom and/or vacuum to clean up after your pet before checkout ~If the cleaners find the property excessively dirty you will be charged an extra fee of 100.00 to cover the cost ~If your pet stains bed sheets or their hair is persistent on the sheets after being washed there will be an added charge of 50.00 to cover the cost of a new set. ~Your pet is free of communicable infections or any parasites such as fleas. ~your pet is well-trained, socialized and does not have a history of biting, excessive barking, chasing or aggressive behavior. ~Your pet is house-trained (please immediately clean up any accidents that might occur) ~clean up immediately when your pet uses the pet relief area, and dispose of waste quickly and appropriately (we do provide doggy bags) ~Please keep your pet leashed or tethered, when it is outside your unit. ~if you are leaving your dog in the unit alone (especially in a ground floor unit) please have them crated if you bring one or contained in a room so there is less damage done to the property and less barking. Many people and their dogs walk by as this is a main road. ~ please do not use bath towels on your dog, if you can please bring towels for them or we can have some provided for you.
